Stallone is an actor, director, screenwriter, and producer. He is well known for his action roles in films that include boxer Rocky Balboa in the ‘Rocky’ series, mercenary Barney Ross in the three ‘The Expendables films’ and structural engineer Ray Breslin in the three ‘Escape Plan’ films.
Adriana Barraza is a Mexican actress who plays the role of Maria. She is described to be someone who is “like a sister” to Rambo and has worked on his father’s farm all her life. In 1999, she was cast as the mother of Gael García Bernal’s character in ‘Amores Perros.’ Barraza is best known as Master Barraza because of her partnership with Mexican director Sergio Jiménez, who is known as El Profe. Together the duo created the Actors Workshop in Mexico City, where they teach and develop their own version of Method acting.
